DR RICH SILLE / PERFORMANCE PSYCHOLOGIST / UK + WORLDWIDE
Guiding individuals to overcome mental barriers for sustained high-level performance & wellbeing
Sponsored athletes
The athletes I proudly sponsor are true ambassadors of sport in the Isle of Man. Each shares a deep passion for their discipline. They’re driven and committed to be the best athletes and people they can be. Through tailored sport psychology services, I provide them with vital tools and support that enhance both performance and wellbeing. Together, we strive not only for personal achievement but also to inspire and positively impact the local community that means so much to them.
Illiam Quayle
Illiam Quayle, 22, is a proud Manxman. Growing up immersed in the island’s rich motorcycling culture, Illiam's passion for racing was greatly inspired by his father, Richard "Milky" Quayle, a former TT winner. Building on a strong foundation in short circuit racing, Illiam is now focused on achieving his own goals on the famous mountain circuit. Pop down to Paramount City for the best coffee on the Island and you might just bump into him.
“Rich has helped me develop a better understanding of how to prepare mentally so I can get the best out of myself on track.”
Rhian Evans
Rhian Evans is a member of the Manx Rams Isle of Man Netball team. In 2019, she ruptured her achilles tendon & in 2020 dislocated her shoulder, which led to surgeries and 3 years out of action. Rhian fought her way back into the Manx Rams in 2022 and has since been selected for the Netball World Cup Qualifiers, Nations Cup in Singapore, & was recently voted Players Player of a European Test Series by her peers; a highlight of her netball journey to date.
“Rich helped me shift from a highly self-critical mindset to one that continues to help me grow as a player, a person, and a teammate. His support was, and still is, a game changer.”
Callum Gawne
Callum Gawne is a leading Isle of Man racewalker. He who won the 2025 Parish Walk, completing the 85-mile race in 15 hours, 49 minutes, and 49 seconds. Callum credits the strong community support, including encouragement from kids he coaches, for helping him endure the race despite hot conditions and a painful shin injury. His passion for the event and his want to inspire people to get involved in sport played a crucial role in his victory.
