The business was founded with a vision to help individuals develop and thrive in all aspects of life, contributing to a healthier, more resilient, and more fulfilled society.
It’s important to start with our local community. To make a positive contribution locally, we support a chosen Isle of Man charity or social enterprise every six months, delivering a half-day SPOTLIGHT workshop to help you reflect on individual and team strengths, to consider situations where individuals and teams might need to take care, and recognise how you might all play to your strengths more often.
